Thanks for the heads up. I will not give them a penny when I see them outside of stores ringing their bell. What does not having a Green Card have to do with putting a smile on little children faces.
Shame on The Salvation Army.

I don't think that this is fair to the non-immigrant children.
Whether legal or illegal, they should receive a gift from the Salvation army, for Christ came for all of us and Christmas is for all of us. All children, without discrimination, should enjoy the love of God expressed at Christmas time and therefore be entitled to a gift from the Salvation Army.

My suggestion is for those who are reading this is to start your own foundation by using our local haitian news paper such as haitian times in New York. We have to learn that every one may not share the gift of giving the same way yoou and I do. Imagine if God Himself thought that way; where would the world be certianly without salvation, hope, love and forgiveness.
